Digital Marketing Manager

Label Insight is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager that makes things happen. Through careful coordination with various stakeholders, our Digital Marketing Manager will lead execution of marketing strategies across multiple platforms and then give equal emphasis on the ROI of these efforts. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of, and passion for, all things related to email, social, content, SEO, PPC, and event marketing. This is a highly entrepreneurial role inside a fast paced, action oriented startup marketing team, with the opportunity to define and grow this function for the team and the company.


  • Plan, execute, and measure email, social media, content, PPC, and event marketing for lead gen and funnel activity
  • Own and manage company website on HubSpot platform, including content and visual modifications, development of campaign support landing pages, lead gen and automated email workflows, reporting and analytics.
  • Own and manage administration of custom MarTech stack including HubSpot, Brightfunnel, Sigstr, Enthusem, and ChatBot tools
  • You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers along with our sales team.
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales operations to understand marketing impact to funnel growth and sales pipeline
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Serve as the internal marketing campaign project manager, coordinating all stakeholders and deliverables to drive projects to completion

Skills & Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative thinker with with the ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Ability to proactively start and drive projects to completion
  • Strong attention to detail, producing quality, error-free work
  • Experience with marketing technologies including marketing automation, email marketing, CRM (salesforce preferred), CMS, and web analytics
  • Proficiency with Hubspot in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers. Hubspot certification preferred.
  • Past experience in marketing in a startup environment preferred
  • Bonus skills: Experience with Brightfunnel, EventGeek, Sigstr
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
